Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
DM Studio Uploader ("the Tool") is a personal desktop application operated by DM Studio, a sole proprietorship in Busan, South Korea. The Tool is used by exactly one person — the owner — to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own YouTube channels. It is not distributed to, or usable by, anyone else. This policy explains what information the Tool handles.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos
(youtube.videos.insert). By using the Tool, the owner agrees to the
YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's handling of information is described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
2. Information the Tool accesses
- OAuth tokens. The Tool stores a Google OAuth refresh token in a local configuration file on the owner's own computer, used solely to authenticate uploads to the owner's own channels.
- Video files and metadata. The video file, title, description and tags that the owner chooses to upload are sent to YouTube via the API. They are the owner's own content.
3. Information the Tool does NOT collect
- No YouTube user data of any third party is accessed, collected, stored or shared.
- No analytics, no advertising data, no cookies, no tracking of any kind.
- No data is transmitted to any server other than Google/YouTube's official API endpoints.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties. There is no server-side storage of any kind.
4. Storage and retention
All configuration (including OAuth tokens) lives only on the owner's personal computer. Deleting the local configuration file removes all stored authentication data. No refresh-token or API data is retained anywhere else.
5. Revoking access
The owner can revoke the Tool's access to their Google account at any time via the Google security settings page.
