1. Scope

DM Studio Uploader ("the Tool") is single-user desktop software operated by DM Studio (Busan, South Korea). It is used exclusively by its owner to upload the owner's own original videos to the owner's own YouTube channels. The Tool is not offered, sold, licensed or distributed to any third party, and no third party may use it.

2. YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of the Tool is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The Tool complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

3. Content

All uploaded videos are original content produced by the owner. The Tool is not used to scrape, re-upload or mass-produce content, and every upload is individually reviewed and confirmed by the owner before publishing.

4. Privacy

The Tool's handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: no YouTube user data is collected, stored or shared, and authentication tokens are kept only in a local file on the owner's computer.

5. Liability

The Tool is provided "as is" for the owner's personal business use. As it has no external users, no warranties are extended to any third party.
